Iya Jibie

祖谷ジビエ ガパオライス
The word "Jibie" originates from French (Gibier), but in Japan it has come to be used as a general term for wild animals, and in the past few years, Iya's gibier has become a hot topic in the gourmet world.
It plays an important role in controlling the ever-increasing wildlife population, supporting local hunters, and providing a place to process and sell the animals in order to avoid wasting their lives as much as possible.
