The Local Cuisine, "Hirarayaki”

郷土料理『ひらら焼き』
Hirarayaki is a local dish where fish and vegetables are grilled on heated flat stones with miso paste. Local ingredients such as Iya's famous stone tofu (iwadofu) and konjac (konnyaku) are also available.
