Hanamomo no Sato Peach Blossom Village (Kuma Kogen Town)

The Peach Blossom Village is situated in the town of Kuma Kogen. The village's ambiance resembles that of a peach orchard and was established in 2008 by a couple named Koo-chan and Shigeshi-san. They planted 40 peach blossoms in a field in front of their house, and since then, they have been cultivating abandoned farmland and bamboo groves in the surrounding area. Every year, the number of peach blossoms has increased, and by 2018, the area had become a breathtaking sight with approximately 450 peach blossoms.
Visitors can now enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery from the new viewing platform that has been built. The best time to see the peach blossoms is usually early to mid-April.
