Umpenji Temple (hydrangea, autumn leaves, snowy scenery, swing in the sky)

雲辺寺(あじさい、紅葉、雪景色、天空のブランコ)
The 66th temple, Unpenji Temple (Geikyuzan Senjuin Unpenji Temple), has a history of 1,200 years, and its principal image(in Japanese,Honzon), the "Senju Kannon Bosatsu (Thousand-armed Goddess of Mercy)," is enshrined here.
In addition to its history, the temple is also noted for its seasonal changes, such as hydrangeas in early summer, autumn leaves in fall, and snowy landscapes in winter.
Unpenji Summit Park, which commands a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea, has become a popular photo spot in recent years, with its "swing in the sky" and other attractions.
