In addition, on weekends, events such as markets are often held on the pedestrian-only road and in the multipurpose plaza west of the Takamatsu Symbol Tower, drawing crowds of families and couples.
On sunny days, you can take a stroll along the seaside path while admiring “Setoshirube,” the world’s first glass lighthouse, and artworks from the Setouchi International Art Festival, or simply relax and enjoy the view of the tranquil Seto Inland Sea.
