SDGs Protecting the marine abundance project - Learning from marine debris Marine clean-up on Shodoshima.

SDGs海の豊かさを守ろうプロジェクト~海洋ゴミから学ぶ小豆島 二十四の瞳汐江海岸清掃
With the aim of protecting the richness of the SDGs oceans, we will pick up marine litter on Shioe Beach (about 300 m) in the Twenty-Four Eyes Movie Studio on Shodoshima.

○The programme also allows participants to learn many things, such as the enjoyment of working in groups and teams, and the real sense of achievement when they see a clean beach. It is also popular as a training programme for new recruits in general companies.

○Period of implementation: mid-March to early December (as there is less litter in winter due to the direction of the wind).

〇Time required: approximately 60 minutes.

○Garbage bags for sorting, cleaning tools, military gloves, etc., can be lent free of charge.

○Clothing: clothing should be suitable for picking up litter.
*A popular combination is to combine the clean-up activity with the Peace Study Lecture and the Twenty-Four Eyes SDGs Lecture.
