Yasoba-an, Hand-made udon in front of Okubo Temple
さぬき市 大窪寺前 八十八庵 打ち込みうどん
It is a secret recipe made by simmering vegetables, pork, and freshly beaten noodles with homemade miso broth. The noodles are made with 100% Kagawa wheat "Sanuki no Yume 2000" which is well-known for its chewy texture.
