The omelet rice is famous for its pilaf (which is made of tomato puree from Hidaka Village) marinated rice topped with eggs, local vegetables, and bonito fritters tossed with yuzu and ginger.
It has won the runner-up and hometown awards at the "Omurice Stadium National Competition."
A stamp rally is also underway!
