Here, the BBQ tables are crafted from the tabletops of these abandoned schools, which have been repurposed into nets.
Visitors can also choose to use Binchotan Charcoal from Muroto, where charcoal production is thriving.This program offers participants a unique opportunity to explore Muroto's local industry while enjoying a delicious BBQ that delights the taste buds and satisfies the appetite. With a desk set up for each ingredient, managing allergy precautions is easy, even during school trips with large groups of students.
