In order to create a new flow of people to the Takamatsu City Central Wholesale Market and contribute to the liveliness of the region, SICS Sustainable Lounge, a tourist exchange base with a restaurant, ""NEO TAKOBALL STAND KUSEMONOZ,"" and an exchange space, was opened in May 2024.
SICS Sustainable Lounge holds various ""learning"" events as a communication lounge that creates a place to connect ""local communities and travelers"" and ""local communities and companies"" in the Setouchi area of Kagawa Prefecture. We will introduce plans that combine ""learning"" about environmental conservation and sustainable ""food.""

Lectures on efforts to protect and nurture ""rich oceans"" by connecting mountains, rivers, villages (towns) and oceans, viewing marine and terrestrial areas as an integrated whole, and by our appropriate involvement. After the lecture, a sustainable lunch (or dinner) using ingredients that are hard to find in the market will be served.
