【Beach clean-up & sea firefly observation】
There is a lot of drifting debris on Awashima Island that has been washed away by strong winds. Participants learn about marine environmental issues in a practical way through beach cleaning, observation of sea fireflies living around Awashima, and lectures.

【Sea firefly observation (Jun-Oct)】
Sea fireflies are often seen around Awashima Island. They are about 3 mm long but emit a very beautiful blue light. Enjoy the fantastic light that only guests can see.
・Time required for the programme: (i) 9:30am - 2:30pm. (ii) 1pm - 2pm the following day.
・Time of year: (i) Year-round (ii) Year-round (sea fireflies June-October)
・Minimum number of participants: (i) 10 (ii) 10
