Environmental Education Program at Imabari Nature School

【Programme Overview】
This program consists of four parts: ""Green Classroom"" ""Barefoot Path"" ""Stone Earth"" and ""Earth Path.""
Together with the instructor, participants learn about the structure and history of the earth, the evolution of organisms living on the earth, and think about the global environment.
Imabari Nature School provides an opportunity to think about environmental issues as one's own problem, not someone else's, by experiencing them with one's five senses with an instructor's easy-to-understand explanation.

【Programme Outline】
■Green Classroom
Oxygen and water are necessary for life. We will enjoy talking about leaves, which are greatly involved in both of them.

■Barefoot Path
Walk barefoot and blindfolded. You will experience nature using your other senses, such as the whispers of birds and the smell of young leaves.

■Stone Earth
Using a 1-meter-diameter object of the earth, visitors will learn about the earth's structure and its relationship with the sun, and learn that the earth is a ""miracle planet.""

■Earth Path
The 4.6 billion year history of the earth is replaced by a distance of ""460m"" to experience the grand story of the earth and the evolution of living things.
