Kikuma Horse Festival (Otomouma no Hashirikomi) is a festival held at Kamo Shrine in Kikuma Town, where boys aged 3 to 15 ride decorated horses and dash down a 300-meter path. This event, which prays for family safety and a bountiful harvest, is designated as an Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Ehime Prefecture. The festival also features lion dances, portable shrines, and ox-demon performances, creating a lively atmosphere.
