A light-up event called, “Marugame Castle Road” is currently being held in Marugame Castle, Kagawa Prefecture. There will be various light-up decorations along the Otemon gate to the Castle Tower.
Don't miss the "Stone Wall (Ishigaki) Lighting-Up" that illuminates the beautiful stonewalls of Marugame Castle, which is also well known for its unique characteristic called slope fan!
During the illumination period, the castle tower will be open specially at night (scheduled for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and various events are also scheduled. For details, please contact the Marugame Tourist Association (0877-22-0331).
