Nametoko Gorge

Nametoko Gorge is a valley located upstream of the Meguro River, which is a tributary of the Shimanto River.
It features smooth waterways created by erosion of granite.
The waterfall that runs down a huge monolith is a symbol of Nametoko Gorge and has been selected as one of the "100 Best Waterfalls in Japan".
During the seasons of fresh greenery in spring and colored leaves in autumn, you can walk through the wonderful nature, which is loved by many people.
