Ayauta Seimen (Sanuki Udon noodle)

'Ayauta Seimen' is a noodle shop located right next to a rice field.
You can see the scenery where "rice" and "wheat for udon" are grown in double cropping while enjoying your own udon.
Shippoku udon is an udon that is poured by simmering several kinds of vegetables and fried bean curd, which are harvested during the fall and winter, in a soup stock made from dried fish. Ayauta Noodles also offers shippoku udon noodles made with "Olive Pork," brand-name pork from Kagawa.
