About Mt.Tsurugi
Mt. Tsurugi, located in the western part of Tokushima Prefecture, is one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan.
With an elevation of 1955 meters, it is the second highest mountain in western Japan, but with lifts and easy walking routes, even beginners can try their hand at hiking.
We also recommend staying at the "Tsurugisan Hutte" located at the top of the mountain.
It is a mountain lodge-style accommodation, but with flush toilets for your comfort.
At night, you can look up at the unobstructed sky and watch the stars twinkle.
On clear mornings, you can see a divine sunrise and a fantastic sea of clouds, adding to the charm of Mt. Tsurugi.
