Mt.Shiude
紫雲出山
Mt. Shiude (352m above sea level) is located on the Shonai Peninsula in Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture.
If you walk along the nature-rich promenade to the top of the mountain, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Seto Inland Sea.
The mountain is also beautifully decorated with seasonal flowers such as cherry blossoms in spring and hydrangeas in early summer.
In recent years, the area has been featured in Yahoo Japan's "15 Best Cherry Blossom Views in Japan" and "Places I Want to Visit Before I Die! World's Greatest Views; Japan Version", as well as in the New York Times.
